  • Place your order before 3PM EST and your order will ship out same day. 

    In stock items will ship out tomorrow if purchased after 3pm. 

    Ground Shipping is ALWAYS free in the USA (except Alaska, Hawaii, and APO or FPO addresses), no matter how many items you order, no matter the weight, no matter the distance. We use USPS Priority Mail and Pacel Post, UPS and FedEx as our methods of shipping.  Items will take 1-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. (2-10 days in AK, HI, PR, APO, FPO)

    We do ship to military personnel via the United States Post Office.

    For International Customers we accept many forms of Payment. Google Checkout is the preferred method for payment. We do accept others (with exceptions) such as Wire Transfer, Certified Bank Check, and PayPal.

    Google Checkout is an extremely easy way for International Customers to pay with their credit card
    To pay with your MasterCard and VISA through our checkout, the credit card must be enrolled in MasterCard Secure Code or Verified By VISA, respectfully. You will receive an error if you can not use your credit card during checkout.

    For Canada and the United Kingdom we also accept Paypal payments made by verified paypal users. (You must be verified and have a confirmed address with Paypal in order for us to receive a payment). 

    We accept cashiers checks and wire transfers from all countries. Once your order is complete you will receive payment instructions for completing your payment. 

    Orders may be subject to duties and taxes levied by the home country. (As a business located in the United States, we are not willing to put our business in jeopardy by stating that this package is a gift to get around duties and taxes. Please do not ask.) 

    Orders returned to us have two options. 1) You pay the shipping charges again and we will reship the product to you. 2) We will refund your money paid minus the shipping charges paid. If you return a product that is NOT defective and will NOT be purchasing another product there is a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We have a 30 day return policy from date of delivery. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance for the return to our warehouse. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. The original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material or they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Shoes must be tried on to check size on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE. If shoes are not returned/received in new and unused condition they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Bowling balls that have been drilled can not be exchanged or returned.

    Exchanges

    Also we have a 30 day exchange policy from date of delivery. If you would like to exchange a product that is NOT defective for a different product, you will be responsible for shipping cost plus insurance to our warehouse. The customer will be responsible for the shipping of the item both ways.  Any differences in price will be charged or credited accordingly. Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. The original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material or they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Shoes must be tried on to check size on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE. If shoes are not returned/received in new and unused condition they will not be accepted for exchange/return. Bowling balls that have been drilled can not be exchanged or returned.

    Defects

    If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - Contiguous US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with BowlersMart.com. Drilling charges are not reimbursable. If your ball was drilled by BowlersMart.com using our professional drilling services your new ball will be drilled free of charge as part of our warranty replacement.  Manufacturer warranty claims can take up to 14 business for approval.

    Double The Warranty Plan

    If your ball is defective and you have purchased the Double the Warranty Plan, we will issue a shipping label for you to ship the product to us free of charge. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the claim period, we will ship you (free of charge - Contiguous US only) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product equivalent to the value you paid for the original product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with BowlersMart.com.

    Damaged Item Received

    If you have received an item that is damaged and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps.

    • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect merchandise and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if product is defective or damaged. Please e-mail us at Sales@BowlersMart.com with a description of the damage and photos of the ball (and shipping box if it was damaged in shipping to you). Please include your order number and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you.
    • If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 800-279-2695.
