Generally, your ball should weigh about 10% of your body weight, up to 16 pounds maximum. Most adult men use 14-16 pound balls, while women typically use 12-14 pounds. Beginners often start with lighter balls to focus on technique.
Ball drilling depends on your hand measurements, rev rate, and playing style. We recommend visiting a certified pro shop for professional fitting and drilling. Many of our customers use local pro shops for this service.
Entry-level balls are great for beginners and casual bowlers, offering predictable motion and durability. High-performance balls feature advanced core designs and coverstock technology for experienced bowlers seeking maximum hook potential and pin carry.
Unfortunately, drilled bowling balls cannot be returned as they become personalized equipment. However, undrilled balls can be returned within our 60-day policy. We recommend consulting with experts before drilling to ensure the right choice.
