TRACK BOWLING BALL WARRANTY
Track bowling balls carry a warranty for one year from the date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or material when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions and provided they receive proper care.
This limited warranty is voided if the ball has been plugged, has been used as a "House Ball," or has been otherwise abused. Damaged caused by improperly cared for lanes or pin setter damage is not covered.
Fitting and drilling are not covered under this "Limited Warranty," only fractures that interfere with ball performance will be considered under the warranty policy. The warranty will cover balls that have holes drilled (gripping or balance) that are 1" or further away from the locator pin. Holes (gripping or balance) that are closer than 1/2" from the mass bias mark will void the warranty.
All merchandise covered under this warranty shall be returned to the dealer where it was purchased if possible. The pro shop or original place of purchase will honor this limited warranty on behalf of Track, Inc. upon presentation of the ball, the original dated sales receipt and a consultation with the manufacturer in determining the defect. Photos of the defect should be submitted, if possible.
The warranty does not cover incidental costs including, but not limited to, freight, fitting, re-drilling, tariffs or duties.
The warranty provided herein is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of particular purpose are limited in duration to the first year from the date of purchase. All other obligations or liabilities, including liability for consequential damages are hereby excluded.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
