Description
An Angular, Clean Solid for Medium to Heavy Oil
About the Paragon Fire
The Track Paragon Fire continues the Paragon legacy with a cleaner, more angular solid. It pairs the asymmetric I-Core 3.0 with the Prime Response Solid (HK22C2) coverstock, so it gets through the front of the lane relatively clean and then makes a strong, decisive move at the breakpoint on medium to heavy oil. It is the more angular, length-and-backend member of the Paragon line.
The Paragon Fire is built to create angle. The asymmetric I-Core 3.0 produces a strong differential for plenty of flare and a defined breakpoint, while the HK22C2 solid cover at a 500, 2000 Siaair Micro Pad finish reads the midlane without burning up too early. The result is a ball that clears the heads, stores energy, and finishes with a sharp, continuous shape, giving you a unique window next to the stronger Synthesis.
Understanding the Track I-Core 3.0 and Track Prime Response Solid (HK22C2)
Track built the Paragon Fire for an angular, clean-reading solid motion on medium to heavy oil. Specifically, the asymmetric I-Core 3.0 posts a 2.49 RG, a strong .056 differential, and a .015 intermediate differential, numbers that produce strong flare and a defined breakpoint, while the Prime Response Solid HK22C2 cover at a 2000-grit Siaair finish gets through the fronts relatively clean before a decisive backend. As a result, it gives you length with a strong, angular finish. The per-weight specifications are listed below.
The Proven Asymmetric I-Core, Now in Its 3.0 Form
At the heart of the Paragon Fire is the asymmetric I-Core 3.0, the latest evolution of one of Track’s most recognized core designs. At 15 lb it measures a 2.49 RG, a strong .056 differential, and a .015 intermediate differential, a combination that produces strong track flare and a defined, asymmetric breakpoint. The strong differential clears oil while the intermediate differential adds a continuous move at the spot.
Track wraps the I-Core 3.0 in DynamiCore, Brunswick’s industry-leading outer-core technology, for added durability and a stronger hitting ball. Because the core is asymmetric, layout has a strong influence on the reaction, so your pro shop can tune the pin and intermediate differential to control how clean and how angular the Paragon Fire plays.
A Clean-Reading HK22C2 Solid for Length and Angle
The Paragon Fire wraps that core in Track’s Prime Response Solid (HK22C2) coverstock, finished with a 500, 2000 Siaair Micro Pad surface. The HK22C2 solid is tuned to read the midlane cleanly rather than grabbing early, so the ball gets through the front of the lane and saves its energy for a strong, angular move down lane.
That clean-but-strong character is what separates the Paragon Fire from the rest of the line: it is a sanded solid that still gets down the lane, giving you length with a decisive backend on medium to heavy oil. Leave it at the 2000 Siaair box finish for that angular read, take the surface lower for an earlier, stronger reaction on more volume, or polish it up for even more length when the lanes dry.

Who This Ball Is Right For
✓Tournament Players: A clean, angular asymmetric solid for medium to heavy oil that creates angle at the breakpoint
✓Higher-Rev Bowlers: The strong I-Core 3.0 and clean HK22C2 solid reward revs with length and a sharp, continuous backend
✓Players Who Need Angle: Length through the fronts with a decisive move, for opening up the lane on heavier patterns
✓Arsenal Builders: The angular, length piece of the Paragon line, paired with the earlier-reading Paragon Shadow
Good to Know Before You Buy
·Strong, aggressive motion: This is a high-flare piece built for traction. If you want a controlled, lower-hook reaction, a lower-differential ball will suit you better.
·Ships sanded for traction: The 2000 Grit finish is built to grip in oil. Polish it for more length when the volume drops.
·Asymmetric layout sensitivity: Layout choices shift the reaction more than on a symmetric ball. Match the pin and mass bias to your game with your pro shop.
·Colors vary: Actual colors vary somewhat from the photos shown; no two balls come out of the mold exactly alike.
·Tiny pit holes are normal: A few tiny pit holes in the coverstock are a normal part of the manufacturing process.
·Sold undrilled: Ships without finger holes, so it can be fitted to your hand and span.
BowlersMart Tips: Where the Paragon Fire Fits in Your Track Arsenal
Where It Fits in Your Arsenal
In the Track lineup, the Paragon Fire is the cleaner, more angular solid of the Paragon line. It reads later and creates more angle than the heavy-oil Paragon Shadow, and it gives up some overall hook to the stronger Synthesis. Throw the Paragon Fire when you want length and a decisive backend on medium to heavy oil, and pair it with the Shadow for the heaviest, freshest volume.
Surface Adjustments
The 2000 Siaair Micro Pad finish gives the Paragon Fire its clean read and angular backend. Take the surface lower for an earlier, stronger reaction on heavier oil, or polish it up for more length when the lanes dry. Have surface changes done at your pro shop for an even, consistent finish.
Coverstock Care
Wipe the HK22C2 cover with an approved reactive ball cleaner after every session, and deep clean it periodically. Keeping the cover fresh preserves the clean read and strong backend that define the Paragon Fire.
