What is the difference between Quick Ship, Fast Track, and Semi-Custom jerseys?
All three use the same 40% cooler, hand-made CoolWick fabric; they differ in customization and speed. Quick Ship jerseys are premade in set designs and men’s sizes and ship the next business day, with no customization. Fast Track jerseys add your name and the sash zip collar on a pre-designed pattern (men’s sizes), and take up to about 14 days to produce, with a 3 to 4 day rush option. Semi-Custom is the fully custom route: add names, numbers, and logos, change colors and collars, and order youth, men’s, or women’s sizes, with production up to about 28 days.
How long does a custom CoolWick jersey take to arrive?
Quick Ship designs leave the next business day. Fast Track jerseys take up to about 14 days in production (a 3 to 4 day rush is available), and fully Semi-Custom pieces take up to about 28 days, plus shipping. If you are ordering for a team or an event, give yourself a few weeks of lead time, and our staff can help you hit your date.
What sizes do CoolWick jerseys come in?
It depends on the option. Quick Ship and Fast Track jerseys are offered in men’s sizes only. Semi-Custom jerseys open up the full range, including youth, men’s, and women’s cuts. Either way, check the CoolWick size charts, which list chest and length measurements for every style, and compare them to a shirt you already like the fit of. When in doubt, our pro-shop staff can help you choose.
Will the design crack, peel, or fade?
No. CoolWick uses dye sublimation, which prints the graphics directly into the fabric rather than layering ink on top. That means the design is part of the shirt itself, so it stays vivid and smooth through washing and wear and will not crack, peel, or flake the way a screen print can.
How should I wash my CoolWick jersey?
Machine wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble dry on low. Because the design is sublimated into the fabric there is no print to protect, but cold washing and low heat keep the fabric and fit their best over time. Skip bleach and fabric softener.
