Who Is 3G?
3G does one thing and does it well: bowling shoes. The lineup runs from the Kicks, the easy first pair for new league bowlers, through athletic styles like the Ascent and Speed Dial, up to tour-grade performance models like the Racer, Dial Racer, and Tour Ultra. The performance models feature interchangeable slide soles and heels, so you can tune your slide to any approach, and the Dial Racer adds a precision dial closure for a locked-in fit.
Because shoes are all 3G makes, the details get real attention: men’s and women’s models, wide widths, right- and left-hand versions, and a full range of replacement soles and heels to keep your pair tuned. BowlersMart carries the full 3G line with pro-shop fitting expertise behind every order, free shipping, and a 60-day return policy.

★★★★★
Worth the price!
Bought these for my husband for his birthday. He prefers tie shoes and traditional white leather. He loves them and only had to buy a slippery heel as the ones provided inhibited his slide. Very happy with the shoes and they are worth the price.

Great bang for your buck.
My last two pairs of shoes were Dexter SST8s, since then I haven’t been bowling nearly as much and wanted something affordable. These are SOOO comfortable, and the slide has great response. Money well spent.

On the pricey side, hopefully the product lasts several years. Absolutely works great for those flat sliding bowlers like myself.

3G Buying Guide
Which 3G bowling shoes should I get?
Match the shoe to how often and how seriously you bowl. The Kicks are the easy first pair: comfortable, affordable, and a huge upgrade over rentals. Regular league bowlers love the athletic Ascent and Speed Dial models with dedicated slide soles. If you bowl competitively, the Racer, Dial Racer, and Tour Ultra give you interchangeable soles and heels so you can tune your slide to any house.
What are interchangeable soles and heels?
On 3G’s performance shoes, the slide sole and heel on the slide foot attach so they can be swapped in seconds. Approaches vary from sticky to slick, so being able to change to a faster or grippier sole lets you keep the same slide everywhere you bowl. 3G sells a full range of replacement Formula soles and heels in different slide speeds.
Why do bowling shoes come in right-hand and left-hand versions?
Performance bowling shoes are built differently on each foot: the slide foot gets a slide sole and the trail foot gets traction for pushing off. A right-handed bowler slides on the left foot, and a lefty slides on the right, so 3G builds dedicated right-hand and left-hand models. Entry-level shoes like the Kicks use universal slide soles on both feet, which works for either hand.
