If your new ball cracks when it’s drilled by a pro shop, Bowlersmart.com will replace your ball free of charge! Manufacturers’ warranties typically do not cover for cracking during drilling and drillers are not held responsible for their mistakes or defects in the ball.

Extra 365 Warranty Coverage
We’ll add an extra year to the manufacturer’s warranty! You’ll bypass the lengthy manufacturer’s claims process and work directly with us! No additional costs of any kind.

Terms & Conditions
Coverage only applies to cracking damage as a result of drilling. Any claims must be filed within 3 days of drilling. Ball must be returned to bowlersmart-com.go-vip.net for inspection along with an itemized receipt for drilling fees. Drilling fees will be refunded in the form of a bowlersmart-com.go-vip.net gift certificate and will only pertain to actual drilling, no grips/slugs/etching/etc… covered. Max of $75 per claim. A replacement ball will be shipped out for FREE. In the event that a replacement ball is not available bowlersmart-com.go-vip.net will, at its discretion, provided a comparable ball or refund the original cost of the ball as a gift certificate. Non-refundable once the ball has been received by the customer.

Place your order before 2PM EST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and your order will ship out same day for in stock and available products. In stock items will ship out the following weekday if purchased after 2PM EST.

In stock Items may take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. (2-10 days in AK, HI, PR, GU, APO, FPO).

We use USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, UPS and FedEx as our methods of shipping. Ground Shipping is ALWAYS free in the USA (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO / FPO addresses), no matter how many items you order, no matter the weight, no matter the distance!
