Application Tip: Apply kinesiology tape to clean, dry skin 30–60 minutes before bowling to let the adhesive fully activate. For pre-cut strips, round the corners if they’re not already rounded — square corners peel faster. If using a roll, cut strips to the length you need and round the edges yourself. The tape should stretch along the muscle, not across it.
