Our shoes will fit perfectly, or we’ll exchange them free of charge. We’ll pay all shipping costs! If they don’t fit, exchange them for the right size. We’ll ship the replacement immediately. NOTE: shoes MUST BE returned in original shoe box in new condition to qualify for exchange — MUST NOT be worn on the lanes.

Premium Protection Plan
If during the first year of normal use, your new shoes are damaged due to a manufacturing defect in workmanship or materials, Bowlersmart.com will replace your shoes free of charge! With the Premium Protection Plan, there is no need to wait for a lengthy manufacturer warranty claim. We will replace your shoes immediately.

Sure Fit Guarantee Plan Terms & Conditions
Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt by customer (exceptions made for Christmas). Policy has been extended through January 31st, 2021 for Christmas gifts purchased on or after November 1, 2020. Old item must be sent back within 10 days of claiming Sure Fit or customer will be charged full price for replacement. Non-refundable once the shoes have been received by the customer. THIS OFFER ONLY APPLICABLE IN THE LOWER 48 STATES.

Premium Protection Terms & Conditions
Shoes must be purchased from Bowlersmart.com. Claims must be made within 1 year of order date. Shoes must be returned for inspection. Immediate replacement, we pay freight back to you (free shipping does not apply to international, USPS, Hawaii, or Alaska orders). Non-refundable once the item has has been received by the customer.

Place your order before 2PM EST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) and your order will ship out same day for in stock and available products. In stock items will ship out the following weekday if purchased after 2PM EST.

In stock Items may take 3-5 business days to arrive depending on your location. (2-10 days in AK, HI, PR, GU, APO, FPO).

We use USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, UPS and FedEx as our methods of shipping. Ground Shipping is ALWAYS free in the USA (except Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO / FPO addresses), no matter how many items you order, no matter the weight, no matter the distance!
