The Full Policy in Detail

For customers in the USA, we offer a 60-day return policy from date of delivery. You will NOT be responsible for shipping costs for the return to our warehouse.

Requirements: Products returned must be new, unused, and in the original packaging. The original packaging must be shipped in a protective box or material to ensure safe arrival.

๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Bowling Shoes: Must be tried on a CLEAN, DRY SURFACE ONLY. If shoes show any wear or aren’t in new condition, they cannot be accepted for return.

๐ŸŽณ Drilled Bowling Balls: Cannot be exchanged or returned. Custom drilling makes each ball unique to you.

๐ŸŒ International Customers: Please contact our Customer Excellence Team for personalized assistance with your return process.

We have a 60-day exchange policy from date of delivery. If you want to exchange a product that is not defective, you will NOT pay for shipping to our warehouse.

Process: Use our return form above, choose “exchange,” and tell us in the comments what item you’d like instead.

Same standards apply: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging, shipped in protective material.

Found a defective product? You will not pay shipping or insurance costs to our warehouse.

Our Warranty Promise: If your product defect qualifies for a warranty claim, we’ll ship you a brand new replacement for free (Contiguous US). If we don’t have the exact item, we’ll send something equivalent or better at the same value. If no suitable replacement can be located, you’ll receive a full credit for your next BowlersMart purchase.

Important Details:

  • Drilling charges are not reimbursable
  • If BowlersMart drilled your ball, your replacement will be drilled free as part of the warranty
  • Manufacturer warranty claims can take up to 14 business days for approval

File a defect claim โ†’

If you purchased our Double the Warranty Plan and your ball is defective, we issue a prepaid shipping label so you can send it to us at no cost.

If the defect qualifies and falls within the extended claim period, we ship you a brand new replacement free (Contiguous US only). If the exact item isn’t available, we’ll provide something equivalent or better at the same value. If a suitable replacement can’t be located, you receive a full credit toward your next BowlersMart purchase.

If your package arrives damaged, here’s how to get it resolved quickly:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery if the product arrived defective or damaged
  • Use the form above with a description of the damage
  • Include photos of the damaged item, and the shipping box if it was damaged in transit
