Heather founded BowlFit Fitness Tips in 2013 to raise awareness about the importance of off-lane training for bowlers. As a lifelong bowler, Heather has extensive experience in both competitive bowling and coaching. She competed as a collegiate bowler at Robert Morris University, served as an assistant coach at the University of Central Missouri, and now leads as the head coach at Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY. With her passion for bowling and fitness, Heather helps athletes improve their performance, strengthen their skills, and achieve their full potential both on and off the lanes.
