About the Epic Apollo Dial Comfort
The Epic Apollo Dial Comfort is the premium, kangaroo-leather shoe in the Epic line, engineered for bowlers who want the best materials and the most complete slide customization. A single Epic Dial closure, a kangaroo upper, and a full kit of four slide soles and four heels put it in a class above standard performance shoes.
It arrives complete: the shoes, four slide soles, four heels, and one slide-foot shoe cover. Everything you need to tune your slide is in the box, with Black Teflon pre-installed for maximum glide.
How the Epic Apollo Dial Comfort Slides
Your slide foot is the one opposite your bowling hand, so as a right-handed bowler you slide on your left foot and push off with your right. The Apollo puts the interchangeable slide sole and heel on that left foot for a controlled glide to the line, and a non-marking rubber push-off sole with a reinforced toe cap on the right foot for a stable, powerful plant.
Three Slide Soles and Three Heels
The Apollo ships with three slide soles (B3, B5, and Black Teflon and three heels (Black Smooth, Horseshoe, and Rippled) That is the most complete sole and heel kit in the Epic line, so you can fine-tune both your glide and your stop for any approach.
The soles and heels pop off and swap in about a minute and are cross-brand compatible, with a little trimming if needed. Whether the approach is a sticky house floor or a slick tournament pattern, the Apollo has a setup for it.
Kangaroo Leather and Dial Closure
The Apollo upper is premium kangaroo leather with breathable mesh inlays. Kangaroo leather is about ten times stronger than cowhide and 50% stronger than goatskin while weighing less, so the upper holds its shape and fit through the repeated stress of your approach and stays comfortable over a long block.
The single Epic Dial closure micro-adjusts to an even, precise hold with one twist, no laces to retie. A full Flyer mesh lining wicks heat and moisture, the collar and tongue are padded for support, and a reinforced non-marking toe cap stands up to the drag wear of the finish.

Fit and Sizing
The Apollo fits true to size. Order your normal street size, or size down a half for a snugger, more consistent slide. Unisex sizing runs men’s 4 through 13 (women’s 5.5 through 14.5) in standard width.
