About the KR Strikeforce TPC Maven
The KR Strikeforce TPC Maven is a high-performance bowling shoe from KR Strikeforce’s Perfect Collection. It is built for league and tournament bowlers who want to control their slide and dial the shoe in to the approach in front of them.
A flexible mesh and microfiber blend upper keeps the Maven light and supportive. The KR FreeLock dial lacing system on the tongue locks in a secure, repeatable fit with one turn, and New High Rebound molded insoles keep you comfortable through a long block with minimal break-in.
How the KR Strikeforce TPC Maven Slides
The KR Strikeforce TPC Maven is a handed shoe with a true grip-to-glide split: one foot slides, one foot grips, the setup serious bowlers need.
How the Slide System Works
This is a handed performance shoe, set up for a left-handed bowler. Your slide foot is the one opposite your bowling hand, so a left-handed bowler slides on the right foot. Out of the box the right (slide) shoe carries a genuine Clarino #8 white microfiber slide pad and a #5 graduated rubber heel for a long, controlled glide.
The left (push-off) shoe is fixed with a T02 rubber sole and a #2 shark-tooth heel, so it grips the approach for a powerful, stable plant at the line.
Dialing In Your Slide
The Maven uses interchangeable parts on the slide foot, so you can change your slide to match the lane. The box includes a #10 grey felt slide pad for more glide, a #6 perforated microfiber slide pad for more grip, and a #7 black leather heel. The rule is simple: a higher number slides more, a lower number grips more.
The innovative TRI-Sole outsole keeps your slide under control for confident shot-making. A TPU molded heel stabilizer adds stability and locks the heel in place for a consistent, repeatable finish at the line.

Match the slide pad to the floor: a higher-number pad gives more glide on a sticky house pattern, a lower number grips more on a slick tournament shot. Higher number means more slide. Have pad and heel swaps done at your pro shop for an even, consistent finish.
Fit and Sizing
Order your normal size, or go down a half for a snugger, more consistent slide. The FreeLock dial lets you fine-tune the hold across the midfoot in seconds.
Care
Keep the slide pad clean and dry, and store the spare pads flat. Use the slide-foot shoe cover when you step off the approach so the pad stays consistent.
