When to Use

Speed Dominant – For speed dominant bowlers, the Venom Shock and Black Venom may be too clean to use on fresh oil. For bowlers in that situation, the Leverage MXC coverstock will give enough traction to use a lower differential core like the Gear APG when more rev dominant players are using them. Additionally, speed dominant players benefit greatly from Duramax enhanced coverstocks and the Lethal Venom will serve as a great step down from the Subzero Forge and Evoke for lower oil concentrations or straighter angles.

Balanced – The Lethal Venom will be a great benchmark option for balanced bowlers to use as the first ball out of their bag. For balanced bowlers, a smooth, controllable, lower flaring ball is useful for reading an oil pattern and giving a great deal of control early in competition.

Rev Dominant – Many rev dominant bowlers need smooth and controllable motion, but struggle to use high differential bowling balls.
