The Cosmos pairs a simple, low-flare 3-piece core with a clear polyester (plastic) coverstock at a 3500-grit polish. Plastic is the least aggressive coverstock material, so the Cosmos ignores the oil and goes exactly where you aim it, delivering the zero-board-crossing consistency that makes spare conversions repeatable.
