Core delivers the same heavy flare and torque as the solid Ion Max, while the NRG Pearl cover at a Power Edge polish conserves energy through the fronts and stores it for a strong, angular move at the breakpoint. As a result, it clears the heads more easily than the solid Ion Max, then finishes with a sharper backend, ideal as the heads open on heavier patterns.
