Track’s Mx10 is designed for moderate length with a strong backend reaction for bowlers with medium rev rates. This ball uses the Face core that has been used in high performance balls in the past. The Face core combined with the MR-6 Hybrid coverstock offers just the right amount of mid-lane read while maintaining sufficient energy for the breakpoint and backend reaction for bowlers with medium rev rates. The ball is finished with 500/1000 Abralon and the polished with the Powerhouse Factory Finish which helps this ball match up to most lane conditions, but best on medium lane conditions.

I agree with the first review of the MX-10 above..Like him, I wasn’t terribly thrilled with my 910A and was still looking for a Track ball that would give me the long and angular reaction I was missing from my bag. I don’t know exactly what the difference is from MX-10 vs 910A but I can say both ball I have are drilled the same way and I get a sharper motion down lane from the MX-10.
My bowling center uses a lane pattern that is 42 feet long and a lot of bowling balls don’t have a lot of hook unless they are sanded down a lot..I am a medium to high rev rate bowler so when I use heavy sanded bowling balls they kinda die on the backend. The MX-10 I knocked off a little of the polish with a 2000 grit abralon pad (recommended by my ball driller) and found gold. Very smooth through the heads and gives me the big pop I was looking for down lane. I love when my biggest concern is if I am going to leave a 9 pin.

This ball is a great and is my bench mark ball. I have had no issues with this ball clearing the heads and making a left at the back end. I have thrown this ball on the fresh THS and burn and this ball will clear the heads on both and make a left. I was able to throw this while on the burn of route 66 and was able to get in and make the ball get to the pocket. The mid lane read on this ball is what makes this ball. I get same mid lane read with my 811c/t but I get more on the back end with the MX10. This ball is a must have.
I will say it’s not the greatest ball to use on fresh lane conditions at it’s box finish…but if you want to use it on fresh jus scuff with a 1000 or 2000 grit pad and go to work.
