Dexter Heel Shim

The Dexter Heel Shim raises your heel height for a more upright finishing position. Remove your current heel, place the shim onto the bottom of the shoe, then reattach your heel on top. Adjusts the angle of your slide foot for bowlers who want to fine-tune their balance at the foul line.

Dexter’s interchangeable heels range from H7 (least brake) to H1 (most brake). Choosing the right heel is just as important as choosing the right sole, your heel controls how quickly you stop at the end of your slide.

How to Install

Peel off your current heel, place the new heel on your shoe, trace the outline, and trim with scissors. Apply your full body weight to press the heel firmly into place before bowling.
