Can You Build An Arsenal With Only Storm Phaze Bowling Balls?

The Phaze lineup of bowling balls is among the most popular around! Chris and I will find out if you can build an arsenal with just the Phaze balls!

Storm Phaze 5 Bowling Ball

Can you feel it? That’s power. Pure, unchecked tournament-winning power. Combining proven technologies, the Phaze V is an alchemy of components that will provide nothing but soaring scores. Every ball has the general desire to imagine itself as the start of something entirely new, unbeholden to what has come before. When the salt settles, we’re left with neither triumph nor tragedy. Instead, it’s one more chapter in the continuing saga, punctuated by a moment of genuine awe. One of those moments is right now.

This low RG gem has a strong heart. Being one of the most aggressive symmetrical balls ever devised, your shots become more comfortable so you can bowl with effortless focus on your shot quality. The Velocity Core is designed to help you play at pace with more revs, power and control, for true consistency. There is a reason this construction has turned into the go-to chassis for professionals around the world.

The Phaze 5 is the reissue of the Phaze 4 in a different color and with the new Reacta Gloss finish. It comes with the tried and tested R2S Pearl shell, which you’ve also seen on the Hy-Road Pearl & Trend. With this surface, it glides longer than the Phaze III and gives off a stronger backend response.

What’s noticeable is that his mid lane movement isn’t all that much smaller. So you get a ball here that is really versatile. It will mainly be used on house patterns and played sports patterns. With the new color pattern you can also see its rotational movement very well.

Storm Phaze 4 Bowling Ball

Can you feel it? That’s power. Pure, unchecked tournament-winning power. Combining proven technologies, the Phaze 4 is an alchemy of components that will provide nothing but soaring scores. Every ball has the general desire to imagine itself as the start of something entirely new, unbeholden to what has come before. When the salt settles, we’re left with neither triumph nor tragedy. The Velocity Core is designed to help you play at pace with more revs, power and control, for true consistency. There is a reason this construction has turned into the go-to chassis for professionals around the world.

The Phaze series’ aggressive nature has carried over to the Phaze 4. This time, it focuses its power on the backend, where it matters most. R2S Pearl is the missing ingredient Storm Nation has been craving for years. You spoke. We listened. Wow the crowd at the stock 1500-grit polished finish or take control and matte it down to your desired ideal texture. Either way, R2S responds supremely well to adjustments.

Storm Phaze 3 Bowling Ball

A NEW PHAZE OF INTENSITY
The Velocity Core has become a staple in the Storm lineup. This low RG, high differential construction has turned into the go-to chassis for professionals around the
world. Its benchmark characteristics serve a multitude of styles across a variety of patterns. Defining what was needed next, Storm determined a cleaner, more backend-focused design would become our next recipe, fitting in squarely between the Phaze™ II and !Q™ Tour Emerald. A never-before-seen cover and core combination of R3S Hybrid and the Velocity Core shines above all else. It reveres its past but is imminently future-forward. When the corners get tough, R3S gets tougher.

Blending out lane transition is one of R3S’s best features, striking an ironically delicate balance between two intense forces – the ball’s core and lane conditions at hand. This unique fusion lets you dial in key performance parameters, responding to every input with absolute fidelity.
The Phaze III was constructed to capture both stares and hearts. It is the antithesis of status quo and is precisely what makes us “The Bowler’s Company™”.

Storm Phaze 2 Bowling Ball

“Phaze 2 is amazing, one of the strongest and most versatile balls I have ever thrown.” – Mike LeViner – BowlersMart Charlotte

The new Phaze II features both innovative core and coverstock technology, proving again that Storm is the leader in bowling innovation. Advancements in the core shape are easily seen with the naked eye. This fast-revving shape, the aptly-named, supercharged Velocity Core helps you crush pin after pin as it produces more ball motion than any other shape in our Master Line. It smooths out the backend reaction without over-reacting and avoids creating an undesirable last-second movement.

TX-16 (Traction-X 2016) is what emerges from countless hours in R&D to develop the finest coverstocks on the planet. This solid reactive blend leaves an incredible footprint on the lane. The marriage between the core and the cover produces the strongest motion of any symmetrical Storm ball to date.

what’s going on guys welcome back to the channel on today’s video we’re going to be comparing all the phases except for phase one because it’s impossible to find and except for the phase three because mine cracked so rip in the chat for the the phase three um so we have the phase two the phase four and the phase five we’re gonna see how they interact with within one another and see if like maybe you can build like a little Arsenal with just phases so make sure to hit that like button subscribe hit that notification Bell if you like Chris’s Jersey or my jersey coolwig.com is my promo code Annapolis 10 that’ll get you 10 off your entire order and then down below in the description there should be a link where you can order anything bowling related it is the best way to help support the channel so these three bowling balls all have the same core the velocity core 15 pounds is uh two four eight oh fifty one I want to say and then the cover stocks are all a little bit different this is a tx16 r2s pearl r2s Pearl but this is the 1500 grit polish and this is the reactive gloss so let us know in the comments uh what your favorite phase is do you have any of them in the bag why why not all that good stuff we’re going to be here at Southpoint on Lane one on a fresh typical house shot the only one of these you’ve thrown is the phase is it five yep nice so we’re gonna see how Chris likes the phase two which everybody likes so Everyone likes yeah and then the phase four which is you know whatever we’ll see you guys on the lanes all right first shot of the video here I’m going to start in the phase two and then Chris has never thrown the face too so that’ll be exciting foreign Miss Wright all right phase two I threw it once in practice looked pretty good second ball ever all right let’s try that again without missing you know five left much better a little better much better all right now we’re gonna go to the phase four this is way quicker down Lane than the two so I’m gonna move like one board left here oh I love the face form I know you do all right one more shot here with a face four then we’ll hand it over to Chris oh I had no chance phase four from the same place as I threw the face too as I Stumble walking up even with a mess I’m like lock it like this all right one more time don’t stumble on the way up let’s do a little better footwork here guys there we go foreign there we go better footwork right now we’re into the phase five the phase five for me is the cleanest of the three and the boomiest down Lane all right then one more shot with me here with the phase five that’s great Lewis it hooks the most mine it seems to hook the least I think because of my ball speed so I’m gonna move right a bit oh just a hair all right so that was from 25. move right just a bit trip out the tin there you go all right so we’re coming off the lanes throwing each of these balls Two Shots each and for me in the same order the numbered order two four five would be the same order that I would throw them on the lanes the phase two is like that ultimate Benchmark ball early rolly continuous does all the right things the phase four was a little bit cleaner but still kind of Rolly in general and then the phase five is the cleanest by far of the of the three produces the most amount of shape so for me if I was building an Arsenal with these phases this is exactly what I would do I’d I’d probably have the phase two with a little bit more surface like maybe two or three like maybe two thousand the phase four maybe like a four thousand and then keep the phase five polished what about you yeah it’d probably be the same order the phase five for me I’d have to change the surface I think just because I get so little out of it because it literally does not hook up between the phase uh two in the phase five I’m like eight to nine boards right with the five so it’d be good for yeah it’d be good with uh for you know game three game four after everything’s toasted would be okay but so all right so let’s get back on the lanes and just continue to chase these left a little bit yeah I know I know you’re going to I’m always left all right back in the face too I’m gonna move just a little bit left this isn’t really a ball that I’m gonna chase left though thank you yeah I mean just because I don’t typically move in with the face too doesn’t mean that I can’t based on that last shot there oh can I double with any of these balls I’m back with the phase two uh before I was on 32 when I threw it so I’m gonna go there again did I shoot this yeah all right same place just don’t miss left buy a bunch and get it out and let it come back that’s better messenger all right back in the phase four and again we’ll just start chasing these left a little bit not a whole lot not a lot of transition on the lanes yeah that was actually a really good shot because I leaked it right and it came back let’s try to get this one a little in and see oh God you can’t go two in a row it’s gonna be from 32 like it was with the phase two but I think it’s going to come back a little harder if you don’t miss left in the oil yeah climb this mountain I don’t know all right so it continued the trend of missing left the first ball and I will hit my mark and see what happens just left the first one every time yeah phase five and then again just gonna I’m gonna chase the left a little bit just wanna make sure I get it going right though because there’s a lot of oil in the middle bang that’s a good shot see the magic i I can somehow repeat that shot I’d be so happy oh there’s a double there it is back in the phase five so I’ll move right again about five from where I was with the other two straight it does from there yeah that looked pretty good sitting in the middle I’m gonna try to move it right and see if it gets out to five what it does so coming off that second round I’m still seeing more of the same I just think that with the phase two with the surface that we have on it what we’re bowling on I think with the phase two specifically for me I gotta move right a little bit shut down my angles it doesn’t want to make that corner you know like like the shiny stuff does yep the phase four just does phase four things and then like the more and more I throw the phase five like Chris saying that it’s probably gonna end up being my favorite phase because it just strikes for me I like I have two of them yeah what about you what did you see coming off that second round basically the same thing the phase two um if I get left it’s gonna leave Ten Pins so it’d be like the first ball I get the phase four it has a little bit more finishing so it carries the 10 as you saw between the two and then the five for me I gotta move way right which might be good because I could actually play up the outside which is somewhere I don’t usually play so I would like to see you throw the phase two from the same spot or similar area where you were with the phase five kind of just to see see what it does yeah all right let’s do it all right all right I’m back in the phase two and I think both Chris and I are gonna move right a little bit both with the phase two just to see here foreign that hooked so early yeah yeah that was that was way too early so I’m gonna move like five left off that get it or I threw the face too standing on about 32. I’m gonna move right a little Beyond 28 29. foreign that one looked good from 28. just for fun I’m gonna move right about five and try to play it up the outside I can do with the five finally finally get that message all right back in the phase four we’re gonna chase this one left again a little bit but the the goal is still the same get the phase four and five to the right thank you oh I didn’t think that was a bad shot I just got to get it going right more let it bounce off to friction there end of the four from left where I was on about 32. Pull It Loose one more time with the four 32-ish oh there we go and then we’re gonna finish it off here in the phase five keep making good shots with this one all right last shot for me in the video and then Chris will finish it off for you guys foreign so I’m gonna go right again start from 25 then I might go right even more just to see it that looks good when you moved around there yeah last shot of the video here for you guys last shot of the video I’m gonna move out of my comfort zone I’m going away right but it’s straighter hey mix them up yeah all right so now we’re all done we’ve thrown each ball what six times each yeah yeah and for me surprisingly the one I struck the most with was the phase five I ended up going six or six which is pretty unbelievable I think just based on what I saw today my favorite for me would be like face five phase four then the phase two and that’s what I’m saying that the phase two is a bad ball or anything I just think I had the wrong surface for what we were bowling on today I think that’s this house that’s not in general and this house right now today yeah I think that we bended or I benefited from having a little polish on the balls it seemed that there was a lot of early friction and when I moved left of the face too it kind of struggled to come around the corner and then you saw when I moved right I hooked up my toes so again right tool for the right job I think the phase five just looks phenomenal for me today what about you closing remarks the phase two uh be the Benchmark I think I like the phase four so the most the most yeah like I got the best reaction out of it we’ll let you get as far left as you want into my house exactly yeah let me play my game and then the phase five like the last ball through it somewhere that I never play I never stand right of 20 and play any of that but I think it was good it could work I think you went four for four when she moved right with it or something like that yeah once I moved right with all of them but even that last one I never played that far right yeah no you guys thank you so much for joining us in today’s video we appreciate it our next video coming out it’s a pretty pretty special funny one make sure you guys check that out uh pick right here to watch another one of my videos click right here to subscribe until next time
