The Exciting Countdown: 2024 PBA Season Preseason Rankings

As we eagerly anticipate the start of the 2024 Professional Bowlers Association (PBA) season, it’s time to take a sneak peek at the preseason rankings. While these rankings are not definitive predictions of who will come out on top, they provide a glimpse into the potential stars and story lines of the upcoming season.

1. Jason Belmonte: The Australian powerhouse, Jason Belmonte, tops our preseason rankings. With his revolutionary two-handed style and numerous major titles, Belmonte is a force to be reckoned with. If he sustains his current form, he could very well continue his reign in 2024.

2. EJ Tackett: Coming off a fantastic 2023 season where he won both the U.S. Open and PBA World Championship, EJ Tackett has cemented his place among the bowling elite. Tackett’s aggressive play style, coupled with his ability to deliver under pressure, makes him a strong contender for the 2024 season.

3. Bill O’Neill: Consistency is key in any sport, and Bill O’Neill has proven time and again that he embodies this principle. His steady performances and strategic play make him a solid bet for the upcoming season.

4. Anthony Simonsen: Young talent Anthony Simonsen has already made waves in the PBA circuit. His fearless approach and impressive performance under pressure suggest that a huge season could be on the horizon for Simonsen in 2024.

5. Jakob Butturff: Known for his unique delivery and pinpoint accuracy, Jakob Butturff has been a consistent performer in the PBA Tour. If he can maintain his form and continue to improve, he could surprise us all in the upcoming season.

Conclusion:

The 2024 PBA season is shaping up to be an exciting one, with a mix of seasoned veterans and rising stars vying for the top spot. These preseason rankings provide a glimpse of what we might expect, but the beauty of sport lies in its unpredictability. Who will rise to the occasion? Who will make their breakthrough? We’ll have to wait and see. Let the games begin!
