Hammer Purple Urethane Bowling Ball
The Hammer Purple Pearl line is finally back! This ball has been in the Hammer lineup for years, and we are excited to bring it back. The bowling industry has changed a lot since this ball was last released, so we did extensive testing on the new product to make sure that what you get is exactly what you expect.
FCC Rating (14.5) The strength of the Purple Urethane is best for moderately light oil patterns. This throwback will really excel on short and medium oil or when you need to control the backend reaction.
FINISH (9) The 500/1000/2000 AbralonTM finish
CORE (2) Our new LED core design is a modern version of the traditional light bulb shape that was so popular back in the day.
COVER (3.5) Our Urethane cover is the main ingredient in this masterpiece. Unlike modern covers that produce a violent reaction at the breakpoint, this proven staple is all about giving the user ultimate control of the entire lane. Hammer Purple Pearl Urethane The immediate success of our real, thick shelled Black Urethane had our fans begging for more! To satisfy their desires, we have developed the perfect pearlized, thick shelled coverstock to compliment the Black Urethane. Old school technology with new school hitting power. Because nothing hits like a Hammer.

Oh, man! I was all set to preorder the new Hammer Purple Pearl Urethane bowling ball until I saw the lightest weight it comes in is 12 lbs. I don’t own a Hammer brand ball, but most everything I own is purple in color. I need an 11 lb ball to complement those times when my 12 lb Storm Hy-Road is too heavy.
