Brunswick Cutting Edge Hybrid Bowling Ball

The new Cutting Edge Hybrid is a great addition to the Edge line, offering increased performance due to a new cover and core combination. Cutting Edge Hybrid is an attractive orange/purple/blue ball that creates great traction in the mid-lane and strong continuation created by the strong Relativity Hook Hybrid cover and a 2000 grit finish. The Cutting Edge Hybrid utilizes the Cutting Edge Low RG core with modified core numbers compared to previous Edge releases. The Cutting Edge Hybrid produces aggressive mid lane traction with a cutting backend motion to produce excellent pin carry on a variety of lanes.

 

LIGHTWEIGHT ENGINEERING At Brunswick, the unique core shape of each individual ball is used for weights from 14 to 16 pounds. This approach to lightweight ball engineering provides bowlers with consistent ball reaction characteristics across this weight range. At 12 and 13 pounds, Brunswick uses a generic core shape with a RG-differential that is close enough to the 14 to 16 pound shape so the same drilling instructions can be used.
