Brunswick Vapor Zone Vintage Bowling Ball

With every vintage series release, bowlers ask when we are going to bring the Vapor Zone back. This release is highly anticipated and we’re very excited to give the bowlers what they’ve been asking for. We’ve juiced the original Activator cover to work on today’s slicker oils and added DynamiCore to the Zone Asymmetric Core adding modern twists to proven technology. The Vintage Vapor Zone glides easily through the front part of the lane and produces backend like the ball is being kicked.

The Vintage Line can be drilled using the standard drilling techniques developed for symmetric core bowling balls.

At Brunswick, the unique core shape of each individual ball is used for weights from 14 to 16 pounds. This approach to lightweight ball engineering provides bowlers with consistent ball reaction characteristics across this weight range. At 12 and 13 pounds, Brunswick uses a generic core shape with a RG-differential that is close enough to the 14 to 16 pound shape so the same drilling instructions can be used.
