Everyone Needs a 900 Global Zen Bowling Ball in Their Bag

The Storm Phaze 5 compared to the GOAT 900 Global Zen

What’s going on guys welcome back to the channel on today’s video Chris and I are going to compare the all-new phase five to the 900 Global Zen.

The one thing you’re going to notice that this one is super shiny this one’s not I don’t have any polish at home so this is 4K fast this is reactor gloss don’t add us in the comments it is what it is make sure to hit that like button subscribe hit

So the phase five and the Zen have a whole lot of things in common today we’re just going to talk about it throw them on the lane see what they do.  The biggest difference is going to be in that core the core numbers are going to be very very similar between the phase five and the Zen so I’ll talk a little bit about the phase five, Chris will talk a little bit about the Zen. The Phase 5 features the velocity core which in 15 pounds is an RG of 2.48 and a Max differential of 0.051 so remember those numbers they’re going to be very very similar and then wrapped around that velocity core is the r2s Pearl coverstock that comes out a box that a reactive gloss finish and the layout on both of these is exactly the same it’s 30 by 4 by 30.  For me we still haven’t got Chris’s measurements so we’re going to turn it over Chris and he’ll talk a little bit about the Zen.  All right so the Zen has the meditate symmetrical core the numbers are almost exactly the same 2.49 and 0.051 so almost the exact same numbers just got little difference 2.49 yeah the the RGS are just one tick off the differentials are exactly the same right and the cover stock on this is the s77 Pearl. The Zen now
comes out of the box with a reactor gloss finish but like I said I don’t have the Polish so don’t add us we’re just trying to make content we know I know the trolls are going to come anyway but it’s all right

Storm Phaze 5 Bowling Ball

Can you feel it? That’s power. Pure, unchecked tournament-winning power. Combining proven technologies, the Phaze V is an alchemy of components that will provide nothing but soaring scores. Every ball has the general desire to imagine itself as the start of something entirely new, unbeholden to what has come before. When the salt settles, we’re left with neither triumph nor tragedy. Instead, it’s one more chapter in the continuing saga, punctuated by a moment of genuine awe. One of those moments is right now.

This low RG gem has a strong heart. Being one of the most aggressive symmetrical balls ever devised, your shots become more comfortable so you can bowl with effortless focus on your shot quality. The Velocity Core is designed to help you play at pace with more revs, power and control, for true consistency. There is a reason this construction has turned into the go-to chassis for professionals around the world.

The Phaze 5 is the reissue of the Phaze 4 in a different color and with the new Reacta Gloss finish. It comes with the tried and tested R2S Pearl shell, which you’ve also seen on the Hy-Road Pearl & Trend. With this surface, it glides longer than the Phaze III and gives off a stronger backend response.

What’s noticeable is that his mid lane movement isn’t all that much smaller. So you get a ball here that is really versatile. It will mainly be used on house patterns and played sports patterns. With the new color pattern you can also see its rotational movement very well.

900 Global Zen Bowling Ball

The S77 Response™ Pearl Coverstock was the obvious choice to follow up on the success of the S77 Response™ Solid coverstock. The Pearl version of this cover will provide the most skid/flip reaction we have ever put in the 800 Series. The Zen™ will be a great ball to open up your angles with on medium-heavy patterns.

The Meditate™ Core is the biggest core we have ever put into a bowling ball!! A bigger core means more hitting power combined with a more consistent reaction. Throughout testing the Meditate™ Core provided that wide “footprint on the lane that all bowlers love to see. The Zen™ pushes the limits of core dynamics.
