900 Global Eternity vs Roto Grip Exotic Gem! Which One Should You Add To The Arsenal?

The all new Eternity is a bowling ball that I LOVE while the Roto Grip Exotic Gem is one that I haven't exactly matched up with! How will these two bowling balls compare!

900 Global Eternity Bowling Ball

As with all of our high performance pearl covers, bowlers will find the Eternity to be easily tunable and able to cover a broad spectrum of oil conditions. Bowlers should notice this core to be a bit earlier and more aggressive than the Disturbance Core used on the Realities. It will expand upon the high performance shapes that the Reality and Zen have given us.

THE EPOCH ASYMMETRIC
The Epoch Asymmetric Core is an ALL NEW design that was inspired from the original Break Core that was used in so many previous Global releases. We have lowered the intermediate differential on the core compared to the Break Core to prevent the ball from losing energy too quickly or “lock up” as some asymmetric pieces tend to do. Bowlers should notice this core to be a bit earlier and more aggressive than the Disturbance Core used on the Realities. It will expand upon the high performance shapes that the Reality and Zen have given us.

S84 RESPONSE PEARL COVERSTOCK
The S84 Response Pearl Reactive Cover is back with a vengeance. Due to the increased microscopic pore sizes, this cover will be clean through the front part of the lane like a pearl should be, but also dig into the oil whereas other pearl covers tend to struggle with. This is the exact same cover that was used on the Altered Reality. As a matter of fact, 2 of the 3 colors used on the Altered have been utilized on the Eternity as well. As with all of our high performance pearl covers, bowlers will find the Eternity to be easily tunable and able to cover a broad spectrum of oil conditions.

Roto Grip Exotic Gem Bowling Ball

Given the overwhelming success of the original Gem by bowlers of all skill levels around the globe, we felt it was important to make the next installment in this series something uniquely special like the first one. Let’s just say it didn’t take long for us to figure out that MicroTrax Pearl was the key element in this beauty.

So we went to work dialing in the proper ratios for each of the chemical elements to complement the nanoparticles blended throughout the entire coverstock. This was the most crucial factor in making sure this pearl ball would conquer those Medium/Heavy Oil conditions.

Bottom line, the Exotic Gem will produce skid through the front of the lane while still digging into the midlane where the Defiant LRG will take over and produce the strongest continuation of any high-end asymmetric pearl ball on the market today!

DEFIANT LRG CORE
With recent more in-depth studies of flare migration and core tendencies we circled the wagons back to the Defiant Series of bowling balls which featured a core ahead of its time regarding flare migration in order to create a longer constant motion. Upon further review and testing, we found that by altering the composite of this core shape, we were able to create the fastest revving, strongest continuing, lowest RG asymmetrical core we have ever offered in the history of ever now known as the DEFIANT™ LRG CORE.
